It's official: Merion gets the '13 Open




After months of rumors, the USGA finally announced Wednesday that Merion Golf Club in Ardmore will host the 2013 U.S. Open.

This is great news for golf and the region. I bet that the daily attendance limits will be in the 15-20,000 range and that ticket prices will be very high.
